Hey everybody, here is the very simple bottling process.  Don, Steve, and I took some time on a Monday night to watch the Family Guy Starwars Special, the Empire Strikes Back version, and bottle the Chai Fighter Ale.  Here are some videos that show the process and help you understand the taste of the latest beer from the dagobar.

What happens to a environment undergoing a chemical reaction, of which the by product is a gas, when the single point of exit is blocked by brown stuff that looks like chewed Mongolian beef?

Another beer now fermenting in the Dagobar under the 70 degree ideal temp.  It is a brown ale, with extra hops of course, nutmeg, and other holiday spices.  We are thinking of many different names but haven’t made up our minds, help us come up with the next beer name by taking this survey, or if you want to submit your own idea, just leave a comment.

We decided to experiment this time with our new beer. We bought an ingredient kit and thought it would be a good idea to add a few things to it (by good idea I mean had no idea if it would work.) So we bought honey, an extra thing of wet hops and decided to throw dry hops in during a second fermentation process.

The honey turns from sugar into more alcohol (which is good) the hops gave it a more bitter and floral aroma and taste.All together our experiment turned into a delicious delicious concoction.
