I wish the 50's were right about the future

Space travel is of course what people think of when they think sci-fi.  That’s why I started this series with space travel. But, I know the question everyone is asking themselves:

How can sci-fi help around the house?

Great question, here’s a list to help answer.

Replicators

In Star Trek they introduced this technology where you just tell the food replicator what you would like to eat and it makes it for you.  This is every fat guy’s dream. The only way this wouldn’t work would be if you were that annoying guy at Red Robbin that always sends his food back at least once. So, if that is you, be aware that you have a control problem and nothing will ever be good enough because of that childhood event you never talk about… tip your waiter.

Phazers

Too many phaser jokes with George... insert your own

Need something heated up quick and microwave is too slow? Set this bad boy to stun and watch that slice of pie heat up faster than this guy … or feel like a creme brulee but your wife hid all the matches from you again ? NO PROBLEM! PHAZERS!

Blue Milk

Blue milk, sometimes known as Bantha milk was a blue-colored liquid produced by a female bantha’s mammary glands. It could be found on most planets across the Star Wars galaxy. The milk was well known for being very rich and refreshing, its opaque coloring suggesting that it was also sweet. The milk was also used to make a variety of yogurt, ice cream, and cheese. And white milk is so boring!

The Force

Ok, this is kind of the superman of sci-fi technologies, the Force kinda has everything :

Mind control- great for getting her to watch SGU rather than another episode of the bachelor.

High jumping, running fast- In a one bathroom house this is priceless

Controlling/moving things with your mind- Words cannot describe how awesome this would be with  uh everything! Cooking would be totally different all the ingrediants floating around like sleeping beauty witches making cake, that light in the other room when you’re in bed already BOOM it’s off.

Cylons/Robots

Old Glory is the only place to get robot insurance... Holly and I both have plans

Sure eventually turn on you, but till then they can do everything you don’t want to do ie: Clean house, gard your yard, and floss for you.
