Jaba the Hop Brewing Process
The last beer we made was a big hit! Here is a bunch of Pictures of the Brewers doing their magic at the Dagobar . Make some comments on the beer if you liked it or didn’t, it’ll help us make more brews that match your taste buds!
Here’s Semi-Master Brewer Scott Riedl’s opinion::
We decided to experiment this time with our new beer. We bought an ingredient kit and thought it would be a good idea to add a few things to it (by good idea I mean had no idea if it would work.) So we bought honey, an extra thing of wet hops and decided to throw dry hops in during a second fermentation process.
The honey turns from sugar into more alcohol (which is good) the hops gave it a more bitter and floral aroma and taste.All together our experiment turned into a delicious delicious concoction.

This beer turned out better than I thought, and can’t wait to make the next one. It get’s better each time. Our thought is brown ale, with nutmeg, and other holiday spices. Thoughts?
We make beer you taste it. What more could you ask for.
